One answer is: We do it again. We repeat the steps. We do more of what makes us feel good. We give ourselves time to realign the body and mind. We assume a positive (overall healthy) position.

Maintain Uplifted position, gently close the mouth.
Exhale from the top. Release tightness – release tension.
Inhale through the nose. Fill the belly; the chest; the head.
Maintain Uplifted position
Exhale. Relax the forehead. The brows, the eyes, the face.
Excellent!
