Are we having fun yet? I hear you. Thankfully that's where your yoga practice comes in to play. To provide support, love, laughter and encouragement.

Today we can choose to move into one of my personal and POWERFUL, favorites. A FUNdamental yoga positions (asanas). But first.... a question?

Is there a way we can move (align) the mind and body into a neutral space. One that helps deflect and/or even change negative waves (-) into waves of positives (+)?

Yes. That's correct! We can choose to move into a neutral, loving and kind, body and mind alignment position (asana). To receive positive benefits while refueling naturally. Connect with the constant and continuous stream of Divine Source Love Energy, available 24/7.

You are Brave. You are Kind. You are Important.

Feel it now.

Equal Standing - (Samasthiti).

Let Go of the negative, overwhelming flow affecting the body and mind set. Reboot. Restore. Reset.

Shall We begin the dance by breathing smoothly and evenly. Mindfully fueling with Divine Source Love Energy (prana). It is a wonderful way to help us, "en-lighted" souls remain grounded with the positive (+) while standing tall, with a calm, cool and collected (balanced) mindset.

To help set the tone (inner vibration), please move into a Standing, stable, supportive, comfortable, Neutral Position. Please note, visuals are temporarily unavailable at this point in time, but I have faith that you will understand and achieve the position without a visual.

Q: How Do I Know If I Am Doing It Right?
A: Feel Your Way. You are doing it right!

The spine is straight
Crown of the head is light and uplifted
Shoulders are Relaxed
Heart is Open
Eye are focused on one point, either opened or closed
Feet firmly planted, toes wide open
Arms extended, palms face open, fingers spread wide.
Lips gently closed, tongue gently pressed against roof of the mouth

Here we go. Hold the pose.

Inhale, mindfully through the nose.
Exhale slowly, become aware of the sound vibration of your very own breath energy escaping from the nostrils.

Inhale a slow deep-belly, glorious breath.
Exhale from the crown of the head all the way down to the toes.

Inhale, fuel the belly, the chest, then head.
Exhale, light and uplifted energy.

Continue breathing, smoothly and evenly. Maintain Equal Standing Position. Just Listen. Let the body breath itself. When ready, willing and able to fuel with a positive vibration. Play the video below - with or without earbuds plugged in:

How do you feel? Take a moment to scan around. Notice how calm the mind has become. Do you feel how the body rises. Fueled with appreciation and gratitude for simply being alive inside.
