Thankfully, it's Mantra Monday. Time to tune in and develop a better, personal understanding of peace, joy and harmony.
To continue from where we left off, bring the focus to harmony in thoughts, words and deeds. All beings are welcome to join in when ready, willing and able.

Let the words silently roll around in the mind.
Repeat 5 times. while breathing smoothly and evenly.

Instructions for Practice On or Off The Mat:
Move into an easy, stable, comfortable seated position, with feet on the floor. Close the eyes and silently repeat the Mantra while breathing smoothly and evenly.
