2017 - Year of Harmony
Thought Power
Namaste. Welcome ladies and gentlemen, it's an honor and privilege to be here with you now, as we continue with daily bits and peaces of yoga wisdom while creating harmony (from the inside out). Ironically, today, here in the USA, we celebrate the life of Martin Luther King, Jr. A man with a message of acceptance, equality and peace.
Make no mistake about it, your daily, personal and private mantra meditation practice creates subtle and profound statements, in the form of "invisible" vibrations that affect every single thing - universally speaking. (Who knows, maybe they're even received in the form of a "text message" in some other dimension's frequency?)
Anywhoo, it's quite an honor and a privilege to be right here, right now, in this particular time in space, contributing to "The change of mentality". As our generation continues to practice shifting the focus (dristy) from "It's A Hard Knocks Life for Me" into "Merrily, Merrily, Merrily, Merrily...Life is but a Dream" mentality. Thank goodness its time to nourish our spirits, sit down and sweep the clutter of the mind stuff.
#MantraMonday
In English:
"Peace for all humans. Peace for all living and non living beings. Peace for the universe. Peace for each and every thing in the whole cosmic creation."
In Sanskrit:
"Om Shanti"
They mean the same thing - vibrationally speaking.
Instructions for Practice:
Move into an easy, stable, comfortable, seated position with feet on the floor. Close the eyes and silently repeat the following statement:
"Om Shanti" or
"Peace for all humans. Peace for all living and non living beings. Peace for the universe. Peace for each and every thing in the whole cosmic creation."
Follow your practice with an "Amen", "Aho", "Om" or whatever personal and private word(s) or statement that means: "So be it" or "And So It Is".
Silently repeat this practice as often as possible throughout the day and night.
Cheers to creating abundance, peace, joy and harmony.
Aho Mitakuye Oyasin. So Hum,
Donna Marie
